Scheduled internal and external audits are performed by our Quality department to ensure that all areas of the business conform to the standard.
Customer satisfaction is also closely monitored and the results of all of these measurements are discussed at the monthly management meetings and posted as part of the company’s monthly Key Performance Indicators.
